  • If you decide to go ahead after the clarity call, we’ll create a coaching plan that’s tailored to you-your goals, your pace, and your preferences.

    Together, we’ll map out:

    • How many sessions feel right

    • The format that suits you best (in-person, online, or phone)

    • The key areas you want to focus on

    Your plan will be flexible, focused, and aligned with the results you’re here to create.

  • After your free clarity call, if we both feel coaching is the right fit, I’ll send you a private link to book and pay for your sessions.

    There’s no pressure-just a simple next step when you’re ready to begin.

  • We'll shape your coaching journey in a way that suits you. During our initial consultation, we’ll decide on the best format-and you’re free to mix and match as we go.

    • Zoom sessions run for 45-60 minutes and offer focused, flexible support wherever you are.

    • Outdoor sessions are more spacious, typically lasting 60-90 minutes, allowing time to walk, reflect, and connect with nature as part of the process.

      Outdoor sessions can take place within a 60 minute drive of Halesowen (B63).

    • Phone sessions are a simple, effective option-perfect for clients who enjoy walking while talking or prefer a less screen-based approach.
