Zoom sessions run for 45-60 minutes and offer focused, flexible support wherever you are.
Outdoor sessions are more spacious, typically lasting 60-90 minutes, allowing time to walk, reflect, and connect with nature as part of the process.
Outdoor sessions can take place within a 60 minute drive of Halesowen (B63).
Phone sessions are a simple, effective option-perfect for clients who enjoy walking while talking or prefer a less screen-based approach.
