Hi, I’m Kate!

I’ve always loved hearing about people’s passions,  and offering encouragement to help dreams become reality. I also find it rewarding to help others move from stuck and feeling lost to find their “aha” moment and clarity. Training as a coach has allowed me to do this in a more focused, thoughtful way.  It’s a real privilege to be part of someone’s journey.

As a coach, I offer you protected time and a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what matters most to you. You’ll get honest encouragement, fresh perspectives, and just the right amount of challenge to move beyond your comfort zone, always at a pace that feels right for you.  Think of me as your no nonsense cheerleader.

My coaching style blends curiosity, positivity, and grounded insight. With over twenty years working in Higher Education and supporting student wellbeing, I’m experienced supporting clients through uncertainty and helping them make choices that feel aligned with who they are.

I incorporate a love of nature into my practice.  I believe in using nature to improve wellbeing, whether that's getting out walking in the countryside, spending time in your own garden, or even just connecting with nature you can see from inside. I want to make this as accessible as possible for different circumstances and mobility levels.

You’ll leave each session feeling clearer, more confident, and ready to move forward. Not just with a plan, but feeling grounded with the energy to truly thrive.

As a qualified coach, I'm dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Whether it's through in-person outdoor sessions, online coaching, or phone consultations, I offer personalized guidance to help you unlock your full potential.

Outdoor Experience

Growing up near the countryside, I developed a deep-rooted love for the outdoors. One of my earliest memories is going to stay at my grandmother's house in the countryside. It felt like the middle nowhere, and I was allowed free rein to explore local orchards and lanes with my dog. Here I felt a great sense of freedom and adventure. Horses quickly became a passion, and I later qualified as a riding instructor.

My father's love of diving introduced me to the underwater world, and I spent countless hours swimming, snorkeling and diving. In more recent years I switched my love of water to paddle boarding.

This connection to nature is vital to my adult life, where I found joy in coaching others and supporting them on their personal journeys.
